Ben’s passion and love for pizza is an understatement, growing up in Switzerland in the family bakery he learnt the craft of making dough. Over the past 20 years developing his grand fathers recipe, he decided to leave his career in professional sport to fulfil his long term ambition of owning a pizza restaurant.
Move one year down the line after the successful pop up in Ogmore-by-sea, Ben, his cousin Pete and friend Alex took that idea and are proud to present – THE DOUGH THROWER.
